A story of SURVIVAL!  Thornapple Peachy Keen "Gi Gi"
Miss Gi Gi is lucky to be alive! Gi Gi was seized along with about a dozen other
Aussies (including her kennel mate Thornapple Mocha Chocolata) in a seizure
by Kalamazoo Michigan Animal Control in June 2008. Gi Gi, Mocha and others
were found in crates filled with feces and urine ... no food or water ...
alongside dead dogs still in their crates. It was horrifying and shocking!
Thank God Chris Reedy of Rescue notified us and Thank God Tina Reed of
Northbound Aussies went immediately to Animal Control to claim our girls.
We cannot thank you enough TINA and CHRIS!!!!

Gi Gi is now safe and happy on a co-ownership with Alejandra & Gaspar in Chile.  Thank you for loving Gi Gi Ale & Gaspar!!!
She is expecting September puppies sired by Ch Thornapple Code Red. Watch for Gi Gi's International page!
SWEET MOCHA has been spayed and awaiting a new forever home.
She is a very loving housetrained 7 year old girl who would love a new couch to call her own!
UPDATE August 3rd!!!!  Miss MOCHA has a NEW HOME!!!
Thank you Angie, Bill, Austin & Bill White for loving Miss Mocha!
Angie grew up with Thornapple Ice Ice Baby "Jazz who lived a long time!"
Mocha is a lucky girl to have a new couch with the Whites!

HERDING GROUP 2 for Thornapple Move Over "Chauncey"

*** Anna-Lena tells us a moving Chauncey story ***
A while ago we invited some friends here for dinner.
The man in the family has very bad diabetes. He came
into the same room as Chauncey to say hello. Chauncey
sniffed at him and made close contact.  When our friend
was sitting down, Chauncey sat beside him and tried to
push him. Our friend was very near to be REALLY sick!!
Chauncey sensed it. He tried to warn our friend. All of us
in the room started to cry!!!! He was so fantastic!!!! He was
exactly like the dogs who help warn people with diabetes.
He really told the men that he wasn't okay.... Isn't it fantastic!?
He's just a MARVELOUS dog!!!! Our friend's wife told us that
Chauncey is exactly the dog he should have to help him.
Our friend ended up going to the hospital later in the
evening.  Hugs, Anna-Lena

Over 17,000 dogs entered in the Scottish Kennel Club Show!

And these are the lovely pictures of you and DIABLO before the Main Ring !
I might say that I like your dogs, your passion, your attitude and the love for Aussies.
Sorry to be so long to send to you these photos but as you can understand, I was very busy after the World Dog Show.
And during, it is why it was not possible to contact to you the next day for a “shooting” outside with DIABLO !
I will be proud to do an article on you and your wonderful dogs to be published in the French dog magazine “Vos Chiens” !
Perhaps, you will go to the Euro Show in Budapest mid October or at big shows as Luxembourg in September or the
Winner in Amsterdam in November . But I will also certainly go through Copenhague in the next few months on the way
to Finland from where my golden bitches come from. It can be an opportunity for a stop to discover the world of “Leading Angels”
Congratulations again for all your success  and all the best for the up coming smashing litter between CHAUNCEY and JADA!
Kind regards, Frédéric
